AM Shift Job Duties
Cook/prepare breakfast menu items including eggs, omelets, breakfast meats, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, toast, biscuits and gravy. Stock breakfast breads and dice meats for omelets. Filter & clean deep fryers, chop vegetables for homemade soups, prepare lunch specials, setup sandwich bars for lunch time, transition from breakfast to lunch service. Clean station at end of shift. Maintain a clean organized work space. Other duties as assigned.
Mid Shift Job Duties
Cook and prepare: sandwiches, hoagies, pizza, burgers, salads, deep fried foods, pastas, steak, and seafood. Keep station stocked throughout shift. Maintain a clean organized work space. Other duties as assigned.
Closing Shift Job Duties
Cook and prepare: sandwiches, hoagies, pizza, burgers, salads, deep fried foods, pastas, steak, and seafood. Keep station stocked throughout shift. Maintain a clean organized work space. Clean station at end of shift. Other duties as assigned.
Restrictions: 16 years of age or older
Starting Pay: $18/hr or DOE
